What Is The Cause Of Red And Tender Pimples On Head?
my husband has what looks like clusters of pimples on his head, the clusters in spots have seen to grow into one another, are red and the spots very tender. He has swelling going down into his neck and definitely has a lymph node swollen in his neck as well. Any idea what this could be?

It seems like an infected pimple. Consult a dermatologist and get evaluated. Oral antibiotics like doxycycline may be required after consulting your physician.
