What Is The Cause Of Pink Spots?

My daughter has developed some pink spots, they are on her hands and elbows, there were a very few yesterday, but more today, they aren't painful, but a bit sore, and a bit warm. They don't seem to have a 'head' like a zit, and they don't seem to itch

Hi...kindly check her oral cavity...if she's having ulcers there too...what you are quoting could be hand foot mouth disease. Itching might start....symptomatic antiallergics and paracetamol will do. Photos if the lesions you are quoting would have been more helpful. Happy to help anytime.
