What Is The Cause Of Persistent Vomiting?

Traveling with mother today on plane. She was fine. Then, all of a sudden when I looked at her there was a blank stare, no response, and then she began vomiting with no reaction on her part. The vomit just kept coming and she could not stop it and seemed not to care. Totally not my mother! These episodes have occurred before, but when she was with my father or by herself. Her doctor has ran a CAT scan and stress test with no diagnosis.Any thoughts?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern for your mother looking to the history of her vomiting there would be numbers of reason behind this but the major is infection either viral or bacterial, second allergic episode these are the near possible causes and theses need to be ruled out in a state of vomiting this can be managed symptomatically some time this stops the vomiting, take care and have a nice day.
