so i woke up this morning to pee and when i did it kind of hurt my vagina and my butthole, i don't think i'm dehydrated or anything, and i'm menstruating if that has anything to do with it. i'm currently sitting on my couch and my butthole is slightly throbbing

Hi,

I think that you are having spasmodic pain due to muscle cramps so I would suggest you to have antispasmodic drotaverine tablets for 5 days. Also, I think that a course of rabeprazole tablets 20 mg in empty stomach will be required for 10 days. Drink plenty of fluids and have a course of evening primrose tablets daily for 20 days.
