What Is The Cause Of Pain In Testicle?

Well it just happen on tuesday when I woke up, my right testicle is hurting me when I sit down or touch it at the side of testicle. I presume it hurts me because I slept in wrong position. But I need your opinion for that. I'm not sure whether the pain is lower than from tuesday, I don't feel much difference nor I was not thinking about it, but it sort of disappointed me that after 2 days its still sort of painful .

General Surgeon 's  Response
HI. Let you be clear about one thing- the sleeping in the wrong position never causes the pain in the testicles.
The pain is continued, it need an urgent Ultrasonography and color doppler for ruling out or confirming testicular torsion ( which needs urgent surgery), or epididymo-orchitis ( inflammation of testis and related structures). And also a clinical examination by Urologist is required. You may need treatment based on all these findings.
