What Is The Cause Of Pain In Arms And Legs ?

My left arm often is tingly and has dull pain. My right arm has the same symptoms infrequently. My left foot has started this as well recently. Yesterday, I left work early because I was really warm and felt I could not get enough air into my lungs. I also have not been sleeping well. Any ideas??

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The reason for the tingling of the left arm, seldom of right arm, recently left foot started, might be due to the neuralgia due to the deficiency of the B complex, multivitamins, anemia, or spondylosis.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have an M.R.I. and other tests for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically, diclofenac, paracetamol,calcium,and multivitamin supplements.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods till you get relief.
