What Is The Cause Of Nausea And Severe Cramps During Diarrhea?
Hello, I started out last Sunday night with stomach cramping which continued the next day with diarrhea also added in. The stomach cramping continued with nausea and horrible diarrhea (liquid). The stomach cramping has subsided after a week but I still have persistent diarrhea and I also the past few days have had an itchy anus. What could be the cause of this?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having acute gastro-enteritis.
Go for one course of ofloxacilin, tinidazole combination medicine course for 3 days.
Due to profuse loose motions there might be having some soreness in anal region giving rise to itching and irritation.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Take liquid diet like curd, rice, buttermilk, lemon water and electrolytes.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
