I have sharp lower abdomen pain. below my belly button. I'm 13 weeks pregnant with ovarian cysts. its a sharp pain that will die down to a dull pain then go away for a couple hours then start again. do I need to go in or is this normal?

Your ovaries could very well be the cause for your presentation, but it would be wise to check in with your doctor. Although a visit to the ER will not be required if you can manage with the pain.
