Hello Doctor ...my wife had loose motion last week and which is stoped two to three days back ...now she is getting back pain with cold and fever ......we did ultrasound today to check are there any issues related to kidney stones but report is negative
The back pain might be related to your previous loose motions from which you could have electrolyte imbalance especially sodium and potassium elements.
If you have still diarrhoea then take proper antibiotics, antiinflammatory, pain killers and antacids with prebiotics.
Drink excess of water with added salt. Drink excess coconut water or you may take syrup potklor available over the counter at nearby pharmacy.
Take complete bed rest for 2 days at least.
Consult physician for further evaluation and treatment.
