What Is The Cause Of Lethargy Despite Sleeping Well?

I usually sleep rather well, not always but at about 2.00pm each day, i feel lethargic and feel that I need to lie down. I work out at a gym three times per week, eat well and to the best of my knowledge, I am in good health. I never sleep when i lie down in the afternoon, so i don't know whether it's a physical thing or what. I find it frustrating when I feel this way for no obvious reason. I am 63 years of age.

Hello, Welcome Thanks for consulting HCM,
I have gone through your query, you have mentioned that you feel lethargy at day time , you go to gym also maintained your proper routine , eat well also , dont worry dont be frustated ,see what happened is you are now 63 year old , it can be due to age related also ,
You can go for blood test first it can be due to Low Haemoglobin level also so go for Complete Haemogram and Random Blood Sugar test , proper investigations confirms diagnosis ,
Wish you good health,
Hope this will help you
