What Is The Cause Of Itching On Ear?

I have almost the same symptoms as the gentleman in the query below. A small itchy area on the pinna (outside) of my right ear. I recently went thru radiation (7000 units - 35 treatments) which ended last July for cancer of the tonsil (HPV) and got a clean bill of health and I m wondering if this is related, but probably not(?)

yes.it is related to your radiation. post radiation skin becomes dry and erythematous depanding on d dosage of radiation and number of cycles.medically otitis extena which is comman with radiation.its a superficial inflammation of external ear and pinna.
