OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,

Firstly, you cannot be impotent because you have given birth to two children through this marriage. Your problem seems to be of psychological origin and I would ask you to see a sex counselor for proper suggestions. I do not think there is any hormonal problem going by the information you have provided. Menstrual abnormalities, infertility, mood swings, abnormal weight patterns etc. are some presentations of hormone disturbances. Please get proper evaluation by your health care provider and plan further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shanti Vennam, OBGYN
