What Is The Cause Of Headache?

hi,
whilst out drinking last night i fell over and banged my head very hard off the floor but luckily no cuts or anything. however this morning when i woke up and sinse then i have had a constant headache in the back of my head and also a pins and needles sensation in the back of my head on my neck, shoulder, chest and upper arms i was wondering what it is and why im feeling it ?

Well, we could start by recalling the fact that you bounced your head off the floor according to your history, correct? You were out drinking so is it safe to assume that you'd probably had at least enough so that you probably wouldn't've felt nearly as much pain last night after the collision with the ground as this morning once the alcohol has kind of washed out of your system? The pins and needles is probably from the whiplash effect of hitting your head and rebound of the neck. In conclusion, you suffered a post traumatic headache and I wouldn't be surprised if this headache lingered for no less than several days to several weeks or even several months. Stay hydrated and avoid drinking alcohol to excess.
