General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi. It is good to know that you have taken a rest and stugeron - still the preferred medicine in vertigo.
BY virtue of its being not under control suggests me to go for further evaluation in the form of a Thorough EN and Neuro check-up to decide the cause.
Thorough Clinical examination including blood pressure, murmurs in the neck, cardiac problem , cervical spondilitis and other reasons are to ruled out.
A good MRI scan of the brain and the Ear apparatus is needed.
Continue with stugeron in a thrice daily doses.
Follow the advise of a Neurologist.'
