What Is The Cause Of Fever And Migraine?
Hi doc my himoglobin is my problem last 3weeks I got my result 105 then my doctor prescribe a vit with iron but after 2 weeks I got a migraine and fever then I will got another CBC and my himoglobin is 97 and again now is 91 what do u think is the problem

Since you had a fever, an infection is a possible culprit (a viral infection for example).
It may affect the blood cells too and may cause anemia, so, discuss with your Doctor for further evaluations and treatment.
