What Is The Cause Of Facial Pain?

Hi-I hit my teeth on steering wheel a few weeks back. teeth are still vital, but I've had pain on left side of face. Infraorbital injections take the pain away.
Panorex taken today looks like there may be a fracture. having sinus films tomorrow- will they show fx?

THANKS FOR YOUR QUERY, I HAVE GONE THROUGH YOUR QUESTION,
the pain could be because of the fractured bone. teeth will respond to vitality test positive but we cannot rely on that because the teeth takes time to lose its life after trauma. it may take months to years.. consult a oral physician or oral maxillofacial surgeon for treatment of fractured bone... you have to take an OPG to rule out other fractures.. i hope my answer will help you.. take care..
I find this answer helpful
