What is the cause of eye twitching which is relieved after a wash ?

I have a very slight eye twitching in the corner of my right eye. It comes and goes and usually feels better if I wash out my eye. What could be causing this?

Dear friend,

Your Description suggests that you have developed left orbicularis oculi muscular twitch. Take a course of Vitalmin B12 and methylcobalamine for a month. if this does not help. Treatment available for the twitch is application of botulinium toxins into the orbicularis oculi muscles by an expert. Consult an oculoplastic surgeon, neurologist or a botulinium expert for further advice. Take care
