What Is The Cause Of Dizziness And Nausea And Blood In The Stools?

I have been having sudden bouts of dizziness for several weeks. The first day, I was extremely nauseated, after that only dizzy. I do not have it constantly, only sporadically, and it doesn't last but a few minutes at a time. About the same time. My blood pressure is runs around 124 over 72. I have not had an ear ache since I was a child. I have also had bright red blood in my stools. What could this be?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of starting with nausea and dizziness, nausea was for the first day only, dizziness has continued but is sporadic and lasts for a few minutes, no ear ache, normal blood pressure. There is bright red blood in the stool, wants to know the cause:
The most probable causes can be:
Fresh red blood is usually due to rupture of the hemorrhoids and since these are painless and symptom less, you must have noticed this for the first time.
I would advise you the following:
Get the stool test, blood and urine tests done.
Per-rectal digital examination, proctoscopy followed by colonoscopy must be done.
Once the diagnosis is done the treatment will be easy and planned.
Also consult an ENT Surgeon for the dizziness to confirm or rule out any ENT causes and if required MRI/ CT scan of the brain and mastoids need to be done and treated accordingly.
