What Is The Cause Of Dizziness And Light Headedness When On Metformin?

I take metformin and glyburide, i was at the y working out and started to get dizzy, light headed, my stomach hurt and I was somewhat confused, i made it home and tested my sugar it was 260 It has been alsmost 3 hours since I ate. What do you think I should do?

Thanks for asking the query.
I would suggest you to take test and take some food and a glass of milk and avoid exposure to direct sun.
And use of sustained release metformin would be beneficial.
