What is the cause of dizziness after smoking post a stroke attack ?

i had astroke march 15 2011 iquit smoking 9 months but iback started back 2 week ago i have been dizze before and now i get dizz when i have 1 but it goes away

Hi , welcome to H.C.M.Forum. you had the stroke due to smoking. every time you smoke, nicotine gets deposited on the walls of blood vessels. as it gets thicker blood supply to that part gets decreased and finally stops, causing stroke. after 1st cigarette brain become numb and you don't feel giddy. so better keep it for. thank you.
