What Is The Cause Of Delayed Period And Brown Discharge?

Hi i am 3 weeks late on my period but i usually have irregular periods anyway, i am a virgin and did not have sex but we played around with my boyfriend and i am really worried, i took 2 pregnancy tests and both were negative, i also had brown discharge, what does this mean?
