47 years old female, tubes tied 13 yrs ago, normal periods every 28 days, then past six months maybe 26 days 3 of the months . I had last period since November 28, 2013. I have been having some lower back pain past week, some odd symptoms,a little nausea, lightheaded, headache,light cramping like I was on period. My husband and I had sex yesterday and right after had a little blood then stopped, but I thought maybe it brought on my period. Well nothing more until this morning, I had bad cramps and had diarrhea , then had a little blood. Then just light tannish red discharge. Then nothing. but earlier Started having that tender buzzing breast sensation you get when your pregnant. Then went to the restroom and had a little watery reddish tan stream a little in toilet, when I wiped got a tan discharge almost pus colored with odd odor. It would be rare to be pregnant, or by chance got pregnant and I am having miscarriage , or not. Or could I be starting menopause. The nurse said maybe get pregnancy test to rule that out but I have been putting it off , trying not to think that I am . Maybe my body is trying to have a period. I am embarrassed asking this but went for it . thank you
