What Is The Cause Of Chest Pain And Troubled Breathing?

A month ago I was having trouble breathing with pains in my chest. I had a series of test done and all came back normal. I also have a instal hernia and had the endoscopy done. Well, about a week ago, I was still having chest discomfort and my doctor prescribed medium twice a day. Now, I have noticed these small, sore bumps inside my right chest muscle. I'm feeling better except now I'm concerned about these 'bumps' that hurt to the touch. What could they be?

thanks for your question
I completely understand your question
chest pain can be due to a variety of reasons whether it be cardiac , lung related or just gastritis , peptic ulcer.
in your case as small swellings are present an fnac of the swelling should be done and accordingly it can lead to a diagnosis histologically .
it seems like these swellongs and chest discomfort over ribs is due to costochondritis and you can have some analgesics like paracetamol after consulting a pulmonologist
thanks
feel free to ask more questions
may god bless you with good health
