What Is The Cause Of Brown Spotting Before Periods?

hi i got brown slotting 3 days before my periods date,thn i got period (medium) for one day....my bp is low ,i have headeche,tiredness,moody,hungry,and laziness,symptoms,i feel slepy whole day,am i pregnant,shuld i do test ...whn shud i do test? my email YYYY@YYYY very urgent pls reply asap....

Hi,
If you have had sexual intercourse without any protection during the fertile period of your cycle and if you have always had regular cycles, please go for the estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres to confirm/exclude pregnancy. If negative, this could be due to some transient hormone imbalance which often clears up spontaneously. The symptoms are also due to this imbalance. A trans-vaginal sonogram and a complete hormone profile would help further in clarifying the situation. If pregnancy is positive, please check the viability and get further management by an expert.
