What Is The Cause Of Bone Pain And Low Grade Fever?

i have been diag. with ra but also have an elevated platlet count an white blood count but now one can see to figure out why but also have bone pain an at times run low grade fever very tired an dont sleep well have saw 4 different doctors an no one can put all this together

Hello,
First of all you need to mention for RA which of the drugs are you taking currently and for how long? It may be drug induced and an auto-immune mechanism is probably working as an underlying mechanism. Fever may be again due to immunosuppression because of drugs and disease itself. Marrow suppression initially by the drugs may cause increase in platelets count as well as WBC count.
