What Is The Cause Of Blood In Urine?

recently been sexually active and doing a lot of exercise. I m 50 and the past couple of days been feeling like I have to urinate a lot/ Tonight I notice blood (light pink) on my tissue when whipping , but then saw blood in the toilet after urinating .. should I seek a Dr immediately

Noted you have increase frequency of urination with blood in it...
Yes you should consult doctor for it....

Here get your urine routine microscopic examination first ..
If it shows pus cells also chances of urinary tract infection.
Antibiotic need for it....

If constricting pain also present then stone might be cause ...
If only red cell in urine kidney affection might be there like glimerulonephritis ...
USG useful with RFT profile....

If above causes not present then it might be from excess rough sex that might lead balanitis or tear at frenulum..

Drink more water.
Cranberry juice extract useful.
Avoid excess spicy....
