Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The blood in urine with absence of infection indicate systemic cause as bleeding diathesis, platelet disorder, coagulation factor deficiency, or others. I would like to evaluate the case in details with all reports as scanned copy in the follow up for best possible guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

The blood in urine is caused from
infection
Kidney stones

In ages before 35 most common cause is infection and older than 35 more common cause is cancer

I recommend you to do an ultrasound.
