Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options. 1. First of all do not panic. 2 ) As you have already been on Implant contraceptive method, your symptoms can be due to progesterone hormone in the implant. And most unlikely to be due to pregnancy. 3. In such cases, I usually suggest to my patients to opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. Include more portions of fruits, salads and vegetables in daily diet. Avoid deep fried foods, bakery products and refined sugars. Use of long acting form of Vitamin B 6, vitamin E and evening primrose oil supplements on daily basis at least for next 3 months.
