The cause of yellow diarrhea of 2 weeks and associated symptoms look to be due to gastroenteritis and I would advise you the following: Get the stool and blood tested. Get a course of an antibiotic, Metronidazole, a PPI like Omeprazole and symptomatic and supportive treatment. This will also help cure the gases. Addition of Probiotics, activated charcoal, yogurt and bananas in diet help a lot. Maintain hydration and electrolyte balance well. Get a proper clinical evaluation and further investigations if there are no results with the above mentioned measures do not help. And an opinion of a Gastroenterologist.
