What Is The Cause Of Abdominal Pain?

I have really bad abdominal pain in my lower abdomen. I am also cramping quite a bit and bleeding but it is not my time of the month. I did have a kidney stone in September but I did not have bleeding with that last time. I am not sure what to do Ibuprofen didn't help and not sure what may be wrong?
