What Is The Cause Of Abdominal Pain And Loose Stools?

I haven't been able to keep any food down for 3 days. I have abdominal pain and loose stools. No vomiting, fever or body aches. I started getting a little rash on my chest. I am tired and am losing weight rapidly. Also my periods have been really irregular.

You appear to be suffering from gasteroenteritis. Losing fluids from both ends - vomiting plus diarrhoea- causes fluid depletion and electrolyte imbalance. You need immediate hospitalisation and parenteral nutrition, I mean iv fluids for adequate hydration. Further investigations are also needed to pinpoint the cause and treat it, hence blood, urine and stool tests should be performed.
