What Is The Cause Of A Painful Spot On The Head?

I have this spot on the top of my head that has a pain that only lasts for a second or two. I also feel this constant feeling of dizziness. My head just feels funny. I've been going thru a lot of stress lately, but I'm scared to death I have a brain tumor or something.. I'm 24 years old and I just had a baby.

Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms are not indicative of any brain tumor. Tension type headache seems to be the main cause of your complaints.
This is a benign type of headache, which is related to psychological stress.
For this reason, I recommend you to focus on your anxiety and try to manage it better.
A lot of physical activity (Yoga, aerobics, sports, running, etc.) can help in this regard.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best wishes, Dr. Aida
