i have found a lump near my vagina its red and getting bigger for last two weeks it feels like a pea just wondering what it is and what i should use???

Hi,Welcome to HCM,
It seems that you might have infected Bartholin cyst.
Go for excision and removal of cyst sac.
It may burst open and thick cheezy material come out but there are chances of recurrence is there so go for total removal of cyst.
