What Is The Cause For Sudden Heart Racing, Nausea And Shaking?
last night i was sitting watching television and my heart started racing. then i had strange choking sensation.
the symptoms that folllowed were nausea, uncontrollable shaking and crying. i am 41years old and have never
experienced anything like it. after 1 hour of this i feel asleep and diid not wake up for 9 hours.

From your complains it seems you had arrhythmia. I would advise you to refer a cardiologist and undergo ECG, I think there may be need for Echo and ECG holter monitoring.
