Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

After reading history you provided, I think most probably it may be gout. Consult the decor physician for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. After thorough examination and investigations, he may give proper medicines. I would recommend you to take bed rest for a few weeks. You may take tab allopurinol, cap indomethacin, tab colchicine or tab febuxostat after consulting the doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel, Dermatologist
