If you are having stinging pain in your loin region then it suggests renal pain and needs to be examined by a physician nearby you. Chronic urinary tract infection can lead to infection of the upper urinary tract and can be associated with pain in loin radiating to back and lower abdomen. I suggest you take fluid diet and lots of water to flush out any infection still in the urinary tract. For pain you can take Tab Buscopan 10 mg twice daily after food for two days. If pain does not reduce then you need to get another scan done to rule out renal as well as other causes of pain. Thanks.
