What Is The Cause For Spotting And Bleeding ?

So for he past three weeks I ve been having pregnancy symptoms such as vomiting, nausea , I ve been extremely hungry, my breast seem to be a little bigger. Ive taken a home pregnancy test and it was false then i got my period my stomach started to feel funny (not like cramps) i could not stay off the toilet i soon later threw up. i have put on a pad but only spots are coming out then when i pee alot of blood comes out. can i be pregnant ? whats going on with me ? if i take a home pregnancy test will the result be effect by the bleeding ??

welcome to healthcare magic. you should get a blood test done seurm beta hcg titre. also how many weeks are you> meaning when did you last get your period. it could be an early pregnancy. get a serum beta hcg done . further advise and treatment will depend on the serum beta hcg levels.
