What Is The Cause For Rectal Bleeding As Scheduled For Colonoscopy?

Need Answers
I am a 24 year old Native American female. I do not drink nor do I smoke. No past surgeries. No family history of Colon cancer, Crohns or IBS. No health problems before these symptoms start showing. I've had Sharp lower abdominal pain for the past few years. I went once to get it checked out because the pain was getting unbearable. The doctor said I was a little bit anemic and I had H. Pylori and gave me antibiotics. Still after a year I was still having these pains. It would be on both of my sides above my navel from time to time. but mostly in the lower abdomen. I've had blood in my stool from time to time as well. but nothing more than that. What scared me recently that made me go into the ER. When I went to the restroom I would have bleeding from the rectal without a bowel movement and this has been going on for more than a week now. When I did have a bowel movement there would be more blood along with blood clots. The blood is dark red. The doctor did an exam down there for a sample. Took an X rays and they said I was constipated and I had gas blockage. I don't feel constipated. My sample they took came back positive for blood. Then I had to send in a stool sample as well. Few days later that test came back positive for blood. Now I'm scheduled for an colonoscopy. I'm scared that maybe they are not telling me something. what is wrong with me?

Other causes like-Crohn's disease, IBS,IBD, Ulcerative Colitis need to
