What is the cause for numbness with tingling of arms and legs?

I just recently started a 21 day clense i am only eating fruits and vegetables for the first 10 days now added protein. I am taking several supplements as well. I am experincing numbness, tingling and arms and legs get very weak and tired. Wha is causing this?
