ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
I have gone through your query; it suggests that you may be suffering from the traumatic perforation of the tympanic membrane and it is the cause for your hearing issue after an ear injury.
For this keep the ear dry and regular check up by the ENT surgeon and avoid the putting ear bud, oil and any ear drop in the ear.

Wish you good Health
