What Is The Cause For Frequent Heart Sinking Feelings?

Hi, I ve been having heart sinking feelings for last 3 or 4 days. When it happens, my heart beats go up and it lasts a few seconds to a minute. I don t know what s causing it all of a sudden and It s happening quite frequently. Any idea what might be wrong?

I think, you have panic disorder. In that case, you need low dose antidepressant and low dose benzodiazepine. Better to consult a psychiatrist for proper diagnosis and management. You can also try some relaxation exercise like JPMR or deep breathing exercise. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
