What Is The Cause For Fever With Shivers?

Doctor,

After a stressful weekend , I had fever 3 days back.
It follows a pattern ,
Morning weakness
By 10 am il feel better
By evening il start feeling little cold
By 10 pm it rises to 103 while I sleep

I shiver lots at night since it's relatively cold here at nights n warm at days

At 5 am my eyes break . Lots if weakness n shivering. By 10 am m fine again

Happening since four days. All blood tests sonography X-ray urine malaria typhoid is shown negative

Please guide me!

I can understand your problem, this could be a viral fever and will come around soon, if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicine,
1) Tab Acetaminophen three times in day
2) Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day
I even suggest for the complete urine examination this may be helpful in differential diagnosis, hope this information helps you, have good day.
