What Is The Cause For Dried Red Sores Around The Butthole?
Hi my boyfriend has been complaining for the past two days about his bottom hurting and I looked just now at it and around his butthole are two red sores about an inch long on each side, he doesn't have any STD's (has been checked recently) they're not open sores, and they're not scabbed, but they look dried out. Do you know what they could be?

The constipation is the most likely cause of this and that might have formed the fissures, first thing he needs to do is relieve the constipation and for that he has to start drinking the more water, have fibber diet, keep regular habit of defecation, I would advise him to apply any steroid containing cream for symptomatic relief, nothing to worry about this, have good day.
