What Is The Cause For Diarrhea And Pain In The Chest?

I've been experiencing diarrhoea for the past 2 days and there has been pain in my chest today. The pain is a deep ache that hurts both my front and back. I have no idea what the cause is of either of these things or if they are related. Do you have an idea of what may be causing this?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, diarrhea may cause the muscular pain due to electrolyte imbalance and it needs to be taken care so drink lots of fluid although diarrhea could be self limiting, if the chest pain continue then it should be look for other cause and most important is cardiac disease, and for that I would advise for cardiac evaluation test hope this information helps.
