General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Please be advised to follow up with your OBGYN to get a blood HCG testing done to rule out pregnancy. If the blood test is negative, then menstrual induction with progesterone supplementation needs to be considered to regularize your cycle.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi Rita Venugopal, General & Family Physician
