Hello Doctor, I have a heavy coating on my tongue which has been there for months. It is brownish yellow sometimes almost white or grey. AT one point it was bleeding a bit and very very dry but has not done that for ages now. I also have strange things happening to my left testicle which keeps retracting and then descending, the right one also does it now and then and it is very uncomfortable indeed. There appears to be either a strain or someting that feels like a strain in the left groin which sometimes gets painful almost as if something has jerked or moved. I do have high blood pressure and should go back to the doctor for tablets but I didn t carry on takin g them. I am overweight but have started losing weight as I have started eating les carbs and more fruit and veg. Also I was drinking a lot for a lot of years but have really started to cut back and have about 7 or 8 pints aweek now probably. I keep hearing a zub or throb in my head which comes and goes and sometimes it hurts my head and i think this could be my blood pressure. This zubbing sound corresponds to a heart beat/s when it happens. A few months ago I got very constipated for ages which is unusual but now its regular and I don t feel as if I want to eat as much. I have difficulty quite often emptying my bladder at the and of peeing and sometimes there is hardly any pee even when I feel a real urge to go. To be quite honest I feel a mess. I am very tired and have been doing a lot of sleeping. I run my own business as a music teacher and it is getting more nerve wrackng as if I have lost my bottle completey recently. I feel I want to sleep all the time. I am not a great meat eater and I thnk I could be iron deficient or something or maybe it is oral thrush or maybe a heart problem? I had my prostate examined a while ago and the doctor said it was enlarged but the tests came back negative but I wasn t convinced and worry that there is something going on. I have lower back pain but have had that for years anyway but my hips ache and the other day I could hardly walk in the supermarket, I was in agony with my right hip. I feel this could be the side I lie on in bed and that it may be due to stiffness but not sure. What do you suggest? Many thanks Paul ps I am 60 years of age in May 2014
