Hello welcome to the health care magic

You are having pain and black stool complaint

I need following details...
1.Are you on ferrous sulphate tablets therapy??
2.do you have fever??
3.Are you having diarrhea frequently??
4.Any positive intestinal problem diagnosed in past??

For your case after taking above history USG abdomen and stool examination needs to be done...

Stool also examined for occult blood test by benzidine test

After reports further comment can be given

If infective etiology present then antibiotic course can be prescribed

Take care

Hope this will help you
