hi doctor i am 15 years old ...i am quiet worried cz i take out sperm daily and iam getting acene on my face after releasing sperm...nd i have seen on other website that releasing sperm during teen age is harmful cz due to that time hormones changes and puberty takes place...plss answer me can releasing sperm causes acene on face..pls suggest me best answer...plzz plzz plzz...

Hi,

Do not worry. Masturbation is harmless activity. You just do,enjoy and forget. It is a myth to believe that masturbation makes man impotent or infertile. It is the psychology which is affected. And the repentness after the masturbation cause weakness or fatigue. And thats why acne. So, do not think negative after the masturbation. Remember, masturbation is totally innocent method to enjoy. Be free of worries. If you have acne, take minocycline 50 mg for few weeks and apply clindamycine gel. You may be alright.
