Hi, is there any correlation between acne and enlarging breasts? I don t know if it s the case of Gynecomastia. I mean tenderness and sensitivity is present although there is typically no severe pain. I read articles in the Internet saying that this is caused by hormonal imbalance. I am 22 years old by the way. Acne severity is mild. Thanks.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne and enlarged breast which could be due to hormonal imbalance, environmental change, weather change, stress and clogging of skin pores. You should get your hormones levels monitored once. I would suggest you to wash your face with face-wash containing salicylic acid , exfoliate your skin once a week , apply raw honey on acne for 15 minutes daily and then wash. You can apply adapalene gel as well at night. Ointments containing benzoyl peroxide, azelaic acid or retinoids will be beneficial for you. Drink plenty of water and eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. You should avoid oily and sharp food. Visit dermatologist once if symptoms keeps on persisting and get proper prescription and start treatment. You should consult gynecologist as well.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
