Hi Sir, I am 34 yrs old, male. Over the last 1.5 months i have been incraesingly facing extreme constipation problem in spite of taking enough water. Last week went to a general surgeon and he diagnosed my case as level 2/3 piles. He prescribed me isabgol and pegmove every night and proctosedyl ointment twice daily. Having read the case of another gentleman here I realize that i am also increasingly having lower back pain wich may actually be increasing due to long hrs at the computer and/or at the steering wheel. I also have been having mild to severe acidity problems (whenever have non veg curry or even dal/ roti at times). Over last 1.5 yrs i have been very irregular due to life at mba program and also have been undergoing mentally stressful times due to mba schedule and more importantly due to loss of my dear father. I feel like life is simply going downhill with so much of physical and mental stress n problems popping up. I have been a regular amateur sportsperson till before and now quite irregular at sports.
